At Dream Retail, we take pride in supplying high-quality professional lash, nail and beauty products, kits, digital resources and training. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Physical Products (Lash & Nail Products, Kits)

Returns

We accept returns on unused, unopened and sealed physical products within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging
Products must be in a resalable condition
Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used lash, nail or beauty products
Adhesives, liquids, creams or consumables
Items with broken seals
Sale or clearance items

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the issue

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Please allow 5–10 working days for funds to appear in your account

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Digital Products (E-Books, Downloads, Online Resources)

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital products are strictly non-refundable once purchased and accessed.

This includes:

E-books
PDF manuals
Downloadable resources
Digital templates
Online learning materials

Digital Products – Licence & Usage Terms

All digital products sold by Dream Retail, including but not limited to e-books, PDF manuals, downloadable resources and online materials, are licensed for personal use only.

By purchasing a digital product, you agree that:

The content is for your use only
Digital products must not be shared, forwarded, resold, copied, reproduced or distributed in any format
You may not upload any Dream Retail digital content to websites, social media platforms, shared drives, training portals or third-party platforms
You may not use our digital content to create, deliver or resell training without prior written permission

All digital content remains the intellectual property of Dream Retail.

Unauthorised sharing, distribution or resale of any digital product is a breach of copyright and may result in:

Immediate termination of access
Legal action where necessary

Training Courses (Online & In-Person)

Online Training Courses

All online courses are non-refundable.

In-Person / Live Training Courses

Course deposits are non-refundable
Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion with minimum notice (subject to availability)
No refunds will be issued for non-attendance or late cancellations
